Helping people, making a difference in the communities we work in, and giving back – these are the things that make us tick. And they’re not just fine words – they’re at the heart of Staff Now and every team member.
At Staff Now we want to make working fun. We host regular competitions, award temp of the month, host fabulous Christmas parties and we are a genuinely fun bunch to work for!
We support our candidates to be the best they can be. We offer training in CV writing and interview skills and give our care sector job-seekers free care training.
Making a difference
We’re proud to be part of the DWP’s Disability Confident scheme, to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to our workplaces.
Our Why Not? Homeless Breakfast Club sees us joining with Agincare Brighton every Wednesday morning 7.45-8.30am in Brighthelm Park, off Queens Road in Brighton. We prepare free breakfast and hot drinks for the homeless. We meet some great people and are proud to be able to support them throughout the year, especially over the tough winter months.
We hold regular fundraisers for nominated good causes, including
- a raffle for Mary’s Meals, feeding children all over the world and ensuring every child goes to school
- a Mad Hatter’s tea party for the Care Workers’ Charity
- a raffle for Annabelle who has cerebral palsy
I like the fact that you take time to listen to your clients, and respond to that with the right staff for the right job.Catering Manager, Worthing College
